Our IG20 is a high-nucleotide Yeast Extract made from Baker’s Yeast. Using amazing cultivation and extraction technology, we have produced a yeast extract with over 20% I+G content as well as a high content of Glutamic Acid. This makes our IG20 an unsurpassed savory flavor enhancer suitable for vegetarian and clean-label applications. It can also be used to replace MSG and has the ability to round out sharp sour and bitter flavors. Its unique granulated powder form makes it much easier to dissolve than other spray-dried high-nucleotide yeast extracts.
